Incident Reporter comes with a strong information and user rights management system. The administrative panel of Incident
Reporter allows the administrator to create new users and assign appropriate rights to them. The administrator can easily add data that needs to be displayed on the map. Data can be added by uploading shape (a GIS file format), Microsoft Excel or KML (Google format) files. The administrator can also add new critical facilities and edit existing information. After the required action has been performed on a reported facility, the administrator can mark the facility as Reviewed, which changes the icon of the facility on the map. This change indicates that the information has been processed by the EOC. Also, the administrator has the ability to generate and download various reports in Microsoft Excel and CSV formats.
